Royal Mail Special Delivery Next day 1pm – Guaranteed to be delivered on the next working day by 1pm

PLEASE NOTE:  orders posted on a Friday using Special Delivery Next day, will be delivered on the following Monday
If you require a GUARANTEED SATURDAY delivery, please contact us, as an extra charge will be payable for this service.
If you require a GURANTEEED NEXT DAY BY 9am delivery, please contact us, as an extra charge will be payable for this service.

If you would like a refund due to the item not fitting, or not suitable for you.
Please open a returns case for your order on ebay within 7 days of the receipt of your order.  To do this, locate your order on your PURCHASE HISTORY, to the right, under ‘more actions’ select ‘return this item’  and follow the instructions. Return the unworn item in its original packaging to us within 14 days. Please add your ebay ID, and the reason for your return to your package to enable us to process your refund.  
The customer is responsible for the return p&p costs.  Once we have received the item and are happy that the item is in its original unworn condition, we will process a refund. 
If it is apparent that the item is not in its original unworn condition, a refund will not be issued, and we will send the item back to the customer.If you would like to exchange your item with a different size/colour/item
Please place a new order for the item your are wanting, and we will post this off to you asap.  For item you nolonger want, open a returns case on ebay by following the above steps. 
If you have posted your return, and we did not receive it:Please be aware that the customer is responsible for the cost and service used for posting the package back to us.  We recommend that a recorded delivery service is used.PLEASE NOTE:  we do try to issue refunds as swiftly as possible, but this could take up to 7 working days, especially during busy times i.e: leading up to Halloween, Christmas & Book Week.
